1. Next Day or Free Quote
1.1 Bookings need to be made with Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement before 12pm to be eligible for same day repair. The offer must be mentioned at the time of booking. ‘same day’ refers to business days and excludes Australian public holidays. Bookings made on Friday will receive Monday service. Does not apply to weekend bookings. Applies to jobs located in the Sydney metro only area only and guarantee will be subject to availability of glass from the manufacturer. Guarantee will not apply if customer rejects or reschedules booking time. Some appointment times may be outside of standard business hours (additional charges may apply).
2. 24hr Emergency Service
2.1 Availble to Sydney metro area only only and is subject to glass availability. Additional charges may apply for jobs outside of standard business hours.
3. Locations
3.1 Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement offers services in all of Sydney Metro including Sydney CBD, Western Suburbs, Hills District, Inner West, Western Suburbs, Lower North Shore, Upper North Shore, Sutherland Shire, Bayside Council Areas.
4. Request a Quote
4.1 Quotes provided via email or phone by a Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement are an indicative cost based on the information provided by the Customer at the time. Quoted prices may be subject to change upon our technicians sighting the extent of the damage, and effort required to repair or replace the glass. Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement reserves the right to not proceed with the repair if the customer doesn’t agree with the price variations. The customer will not be charged a fee in this situation.
5. Free Quotes
5.1 Free online and phone quotes are provided to customers. Prices are an estimate based on information provided by customer and subject to change if more work is required when our technician is onsite
6. Use of Subcontracts
6.1 Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement reserves the right to use subcontractors to perform the work
6.2 All work performed by our subcontractors will still have the same guarantees and warranties
1. Lifetime Warranty
1.1 Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement will provide a Lifetime Warranty on workmanship for all our glass repairs and replacements.
1.2 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1.3 Should the glass or products installed be found to have a manufacturing defect undetected at the time of installation, it will be replaced free of charge at a time mutually agreed by both parties. This only applies to glass or products purchased from Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement.
2. Conditions of Warranty
2.1 Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement will honour warranty claims upon presentation of the original tax invoice/receipt or other reasonable proof of purchase by us.
2.2 Warranty claims for defects in products or workmanship must be brought to the attention of Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement within 7 days of discovering the defect and will be remedied in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 Defects not directly resulting from improper windscreen installation, such as pre-existing damage, accidental damage, improper use or abuse and not following recommendations (as advised by us) are not covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
2.4 Our Lifetime Warranty applies to service performed by Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement only and does not apply to unrelated vehicle issues and/or pre-existing conditions. The Lifetime Warranty is automatically deemed null and void if anyone other than Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement attempts to repair damage the customer alleges to have been caused by improper repair or installation by Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement Lifetime Warranty claims can be made by calling .
Upon request, an original proof of purchase must be presented.
Prior to receiving service, any issues that cannot be resolved directly by NW (i.e. the need for third party intervention) must be approved in writing by a National Windscreens representative.
Without prior authorisation, payment for work performed by third parties will not be made.
All third-party warranty claims must include reasonable proof of cause and damage.
Our lifetime warranty is expressly limited to the amount paid for the products and services.
3.1 National Windscreens directly writes and backs our Lifetime Warranty.
National Windscreens, its agents, partners, contractors, and other third parties shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages
4. Glass Repairs & Safety
4.1 In the case of glass breakage, it is advisable to dispose of broken glass and board up the effected area
4.2 Gusto Emergency Glass Replacement will not be held responsible for any dangers or hazards before have attended the site and will do their best to remove all hazards while on the job. Ultimately, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the site is free from hazards which may lead to accidents or harm.
4. Warranty Claims Procedures
